Do not eat within 1-2 hours before practice. Wear comfortable clothes. Bring a mat or towel for your practice. Please do not wear fragrance, as deep breathing will be practiced.
There are no age or flexibility limits to practice Yoga. Experienced practitioners and new to yoga welcome! You will get instructions how to adjust postures to suit your body type. We have mats and props to use for free!
